On the night of April 20 to 21, 2021, at around 1:00 a.m., unidentified individuals opened fire on the guard posts of the N’dotré military base in the municipality of Abobo, with the certain intention to enter it by force. The immediate reaction of the faction sentries resulted in a heavy exchange of fire, forcing the attackers to flee.
The provisional report shows:
– A minor wounded friend;
– Three killed and one wounded taken prisoner on the enemy side as well as many materials seized.
Military search operations have been launched on the ground and are continuing. The security situation remains under control
