Kapisa (BNA) Ahmad Beg Hill in the Nejrab district of Kapisa was taken over from the Taliban yesterday.

BNA cited the Defense Ministry as saying that during an operation, commandos cleared the hill of armed Taliban and that security forces operations were underway on the outskirts of the hill. The source added that during the operation, casualties were also inflicted on the Taliban.
